Information we collect
Stack Inside does not require an account to read articles. Standard server logs may record an IP address, browser type, referring page, requested URL, and request time for security, reliability, and aggregate traffic analysis. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include in your message.
Hosting and security providers
Stack Inside uses Vercel to host the website and Cloudflare for DNS, security, and email routing. These providers may process limited technical data needed to deliver pages, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and operate their services.
Cookies and local storage
The site may use cookies or similar storage to remember preferences, measure aggregate usage, prevent abuse, and support advertising. You can remove or block cookies in your browser settings. Where consent is legally required, visitors will be given a choice before personalized advertising cookies are used.
Google advertising
Stack Inside does not currently serve Google AdSense or other third-party display ads. If advertising is enabled later, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, measure, and personalize ads based on visits to this and other websites. Stack Inside would not control cookies placed directly by third-party advertisers.
You can manage personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings and learn how Google uses advertising data in Google's advertising policy.
Legal bases and data rights
Where applicable, data is processed to operate and secure the site, respond to requests, comply with law, and pursue legitimate interests such as understanding aggregate readership. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of personal information, or to withdraw consent.
Data retention
Technical logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for security and operations. Contact messages may be retained while a request is active and for a limited period afterward to maintain an accurate record of the response.
Children's privacy
Stack Inside is intended for a general technical audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Please contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated when site features, vendors, or legal requirements change. The revision date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
